  • What should I bring to the event?
    We recommend bringing portable lawn chairs for your comfort. Please note, food and alcohol from outside are not permitted.
  • What are the bag requirements for attendees?
    For security reasons, attendees must bring clear bags or bags smaller than 12”x6”x12”. All bags are subject to search upon entry.
  • How old do I have to be to attend The BFF Cookout?
    The BFF Cookout is a family-friendly event with sections also catered to adults. Attendees of all ages are welcome; however, access to certain areas may be restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age and older.
  • Will there be security and safety measures in place?
    Absolutely. The safety of our attendees, vendors, and staff is our top priority. We will have trained security personnel at all entrances, exits, and throughout the event, along with ID verification systems for restricted areas and medical and first-aid stations adequately staffed.
  • Can I bring my own food and drinks?
    To ensure a diverse and rich culinary experience for everyone, outside food and alcohol are not permitted. We invite you to explore and enjoy the wide array of food and beverage options available from our vendors.
  • How can I become a vendor at The BFF Cookout?
    We’re excited for your interest! Prospective vendors can click the button below and apply by completing our online form. Our team will review your application and reach out with further details.
  • What are the setup and breakdown times for vendors?
    Detailed timelines for setup and breakdown will be communicated closer to the event date. We aim to provide ample time for vendors to prepare their spaces before the event starts and efficiently pack up once it concludes.
  • Are there any restrictions on what vendors can sell or display?
    We encourage diversity in our vendor offerings; however, all products and services must comply with event guidelines, local laws, and regulations. Once you’re confirmed as a vendor, you’ll receive a comprehensive guide covering all necessary information.
  • Will power and Wi-Fi be provided to vendors?
    Yes, basic power needs will be provided. There will NOT be an event provided WiFi access. We recommend that vendors specify their requirements in the application form to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
  • What support is available for vendors during the event?
    Our vendor coordination team will be on-site to assist with logistics, setup, and any questions or issues that arise during the event. We’re here to support you in having a successful experience at The BFF Cookout.
